Hi, I’m Jena!

I am a Certified Restorative Therapist and Life & Relationship Coach. I received my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in May 2021. I also received my BA in Psychology from Simpson University in Redding, CA.

I am passionate about unlocking people's potential, mastering communication in any and all relationships, and experiencing freedom by growing in compassion towards self and others. 

I specialize in Trauma-Based Therapy, Complex PTSD, Stepping Out Of Abusive Patterns, Processing Thoughts and Emotions, and Navigating Difficult Relationships.  

MY SPECIALTIES

  • Trauma-focused therapy aims to help individuals understand and process their traumatic experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

  • Strategies and techniques individuals use to manage and navigate difficult emotions, stress, and challenging situations.

  • C-PTSD is a psychological condition that can develop in individuals who have experienced prolonged or repeated trauma, such as ongoing abuse, neglect, or captivity.

  • The process of personal growth, self-awareness, self-love, and self-improvement that occurs through therapeutic interventions and explorations.

  • Various relationship issues that couple’s commonly seek help for: communication problems, conflict resolution, trust and betrayal, intimacy and sexual concerns, lack of emotional connections, divorce, etc.

  • Navigating the various challenges, difficulties and pressures that individuals may face in their lives, which can contribute to emotional distress and impact their overall well-being.
